GovSign: legally binding digital signatures for Kenya's public service

GovSign lets public institutions and citizens sign, seal and verify documents with certificates protected in a FIPS 140-2 Level 3 HSM and chained to the Kenya Root CA. Every signature carries an RFC 3161 timestamp.
